Workout Playlist


Ieri nu am avut timp sa scriu, am fost ocupata de dimineata buna. Dupa rutina mea zilnica de a-mi prepara cafeaua, ceaiul verde si micul dejun, m-am apucat sa-mi fac un nou playlist pentru antrenament. Demult nu mi-am schimbat playlistul,  mi-a luat ceva timp pana mi-am selectat piese care sa ma tina "ocupate" de-a lungul antrenamentului (2 ore). Am cautat pe YouTube si am dat de niste piese faine, asa ca antrenamentul de ieri a fost si mai distractiv. Ascultati piese care sa va motiveze. Asta este noul playlist, nu sunt prea feminine, sa nu va speriati :) Am plecat la sala. O zi excelenta sa aveti si spor la antrenament.

Yesterday morning I didn't have time to blog, I was busy. After my morning routine of preparing my coffee, green tea and breakfast I started selecting songs for a new playlist. It's been a long time since I've changed my playlist so it took me some time to select songs that keep me "busy" at the gym (2 hours). I searched on Youtube and I found some awesome tacks so yesterday's workout was even more fun. Listen to songs that motivate you. Here's my new playlist, they're not so feminine, don't let it scare you :) I'm off to the gym, have a wonderful day and workout!

Sunday workout/Antrenament de duminica


Antrenament de duminica
Duminica este ziua lenesa. Cand nu ai chef de facut nimic, parca ai sta in pat toata ziua. Eu personal, ma plictisesc repede. M-am saturat sa ma uit la filme iar sala este inchisa duminica, asa ca imi alung plictiseala pe mingea de stabilitate. Cine a spus ca nu poti face acasa un antrenament fain? Imi petrec mult timp citind articole despre nutritie si miscare si am dat de un site foarte util: Exercise Finder. Contine o gramada de exercitii pentru toate grupele musculare. Folositi-l cu spor pentru ca ii super! Duminica placuta in continuare!


Sunday workout
Sunday is the lazy day when you are not in the mood of doing anything and you lay in bed all day. I get bored quickly. I'm tired of watching TV series and the gym is closed on Sunday so I fight boredom on my stability ball. Who said you can't train well at home? I spend a lot of time reading about nutrition and exercising, and I found this very useful website: Exercise Finder. It has tons of exercises for every body part. Try and benefit from it because it's awesome! How to say NO!/Cum sa zici NU!



Cum sa spui "Nu!"

Ma astept la o febra musculara grozava dupa antrenamentul de ieri. Asa dor mi-a fost. Ii incomparabila senzatia care o am cand ma bag la dus stiind ca il merit, ca am lucrat! Cand incep ziua cu un antrenament greu parca nimic nu mi-i mai poate strica, pur si simplu sunt atat de drogata cu endorfine. Sunt dependenta de ele. Astazi fac doar cardio si abdomene. Ii 1 Decembrie, si mi-am propus ca luna asta pun accent pe abdomen. Vin sarbatorile de iarna, bunatatile de pe masa de Craciun ne afecteaza silueta. Parca toti ne punem pe regim dupa sarbatori nu-i asa? Eu fac inainte. Cand vedem bunatatile pe masa, ne e greu sa spunem nu fripturilor si sarmalutelor. De cand mi-am schimbat stilul de viata, sunt supusa tentatiilor zilnic, parintii mei manca normal (prajeli si amestecat). Oriunde mergem in oras, vad "bunatati" de care eu nu mai mananc. Am invatat sa rezist tentatiei. Cum? Ma gandesc la toate kilele alea care le-am cumulat mancand aceste "bunatati". Ma amintesc ca nu bine pentru de corpul meu sa mananc din ele. Ma intreb "chiar am nevoie sa mananc asta?", "nu pot trai fara sa manc asta?"; si imi dau seama ce trebuie sa fac, sa nu le mananc! Nu mi se pare normal modul de gandire: Am fost azi la sala, pot manca orice. Nu, nu poti manca orice, nu te rasplati cu mancare, nu esti caine. Daca vrei neaparat friptura, manca ceva la gratar nu prajit, iar ca garnitura cere salata in loc de cartofi sau orez. Daca nu poti renunta la desert, schimba desertul dulce cu salata de frute, o sa vezi diferenta!

How to say "No!"

I expect major muscle soreness after yesterday's workout. I've missed it so much! The feeling when you know you've earned your shower is matchless. When I start my day with a hard workout, it's like nothing can go wrong, I am so high on endorphins. I am addicted to it. Today I do cardio. It's the 1st of December, so I've promised myself, that this month I focus on my abs. The winter holidays are close and the holiday table affects our silhouette. A lot of us start dieting after holidays don't we? Well I'm doing it before. When we see all the goodies on the table, we can't say no. Since I've changed my lifestyle, I am exposed to temptation daily since my parents eat normal (fried and mixed). Anytime we go out, I see goodies I don't eat anymore. I've learned to resist temptation. How? I think about all the kilos I heaped up eating these "goodies". I remind myself that eating them wouldn't be good for my body. I ask myself "Do you really need to eat this?", "Can I live without eating this?"; and I do what's best, not eating them! I don't like the perception: "I've been to the gym today, so I can eat anything I want". No, you can't, don't reward yourself with food, you're not a dog! If you really want roast, eat something grilled not fried, and ask for salad instead of potato or rice as garnish. If you can't give up dessert, ask for fruit salad instead of pastries or ice cream, you'll see the difference!
