It's not easy to stand tall when there are so many problems in our lives There are moments when you just can't stand on your feet and feel like you're about to collapse. We all been through those moments. An easy way to fight back is to know your value, your goals and to think positive! I created a list to help improve three of the most important qualities of a woman, strong state of mind, great body, and of course, beauty. Read this every day as a reminder of how amazing you are and to help focus on your goals!
STRONG STATE OF MIND
- Stay POSITIVE, no matter what! Every dark cloud has a silver lining!
- Be PATIENT! Good things come to those who wait!
- Smile more! You could make someone's day better.
- Stay away from negative people, don't let their bitterness affect your sweetness!
- Be YOURSELF! Don't try to impress people by doing something that is unusual for you, just do your thing, people who like you will stand by you.
- Rely on yourself, TRUST yourself! If God put an obstacle in your path, it is because He knows you can handle it!
- You can do ANYTHING you put your mind to! It's all up to your power of will!
- No one is more IMPORTANT than YOU! If you put your happiness ahead of others' you might end up unhappy.
- Don't forget how BEAUTIFUL & AMAZING you are!
- Work hard and strive for greatness, always set new goals for yourself!
- Help others! A friend in need is a friend indeed. Be friendly and kind!
- Don't hold a grudge! It will bring you down and help you lose focus of more important things!

- Listen to your instinct! What doesn't feel right, probably isn't!
- Everything happens for a reason!
- Not all you lose is a loss!
- Wake up early, go to bed early
- Drink more water, cut out sweetened juices and sodas
- Drink a glass lukewarm water with one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in the morning
- Eat five small meals each day instead of three large meals
- Eat more fruits and veggies!
- More protein, less carbs!
- Keep away from junk-food & alcohol
- Switch coffee with black of green tea
- WORKOUT AT LEAST THREE TIMES A WEEK!
- Do at least 30 minutes of cardio exercises.
- Work your abs every day!
BEAUTY
- Strive for flawless skin! Keep your face clean!
- Put on less makeup, always remove your makeup before you go to bed!
- Keep your teeth healthy and white!
- Take care of your hair!
- Apply anti-cellulite scrub daily!
